STRETCHING

& FLEXIBILITY

The aims of stretching are to gently lengthen muscles before and after any form of exercise, and to improve tissue elasticity or flexibility. If done correctly, stretching will help prevent injuries and improve general mobility and range of motion.

I assist my clients with comprehensive stretching and flexibility guidelines and strategies, to help them be empowered to know the correct way of doing the excersizes, as to avoid injury.
