BODY BUILDING - I guide the client to learn how to use progressive resistance exercise to control and develop his/her musculature for aesthetic purposes. 

By use of a circuit of different bodyweight movements, as well as rest intervals, the goal set by myself and the client can be determined.

GENERIC EXERCIZE: I help promote and guide the client with methods, programmes and healthy lifestyle decisions to reach their own customised health and exercize goals.
