"I began one-on-one training sessions with Marty due to 2 ‘historic’ exercise-induced injuries. Under Marty’s guidance, the injuries are no more, and I have been able to resume a very active cycling programme. I have continued my sessions because of the benefit to my cycling, overall strength and deportment.

In 2013 I weighed 110kg and having tried so many fad diets and workout regimes started to resign myself that this will be a lifelong battle. Marty agreed to take me on and teach me how to change it from a losing battle to living a better, healthy lifestyle. At first we took an aggressive approach to my diet to “fix” my body’s wants and kickstart the weight loss. The first 7 weeks I lost 12kg’s. We worked out twice a week, which was very tough, but thankfully 1 year later I lost a total of 30 kg’s.
The past 7 years I have been able to keep the weight off and use what Marty taught me to keep living healthy.
