Pre- & post sports massage

Through pre- and post sports massages I aim to improve both physical & physiological preparation and recovery before or following intense exercise, which reduces the risk of injury and increases performance levels.

My desired outcomes are as follows:

  • To releases muscle tension and assist with injury prevention (for overused/exerted muscles).
