functional strength, mobility, weight &personal training 

Through personal training I promote exercise that focuses on developing strength in patterns that are used in everyday life. Some of my programmes involve free weights and aerobic training.

I offer strength training which involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the use of weights but can take a variety of different forms.

Mobility designated exercises will increase the client's range-of-motion and stabilization, or control of the muscles that surround each joint,

FOR INTEREST: Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells or weight stacks in order to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction.
